Registrar lock ( clientTransferProhibited ) blocks a domain from being transferred to another registrar without your action. It's on by default for all domains in your account.

Toggle it from the domain detail page under Security . Turn it off only when you intend to transfer the domain out, and turn it back on once the transfer completes or if you change your mind.
