Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods NameBright accepts for account funding — credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer — with minimum amounts and processing notes for each.

Payment methods

Visa / Mastercard / AmEx All accounts $5 Processed via Stripe. Card details are not stored by NameBright — only a Stripe token.
PayPal All accounts $5 Redirects to PayPal for authentication.
Bank wire transfer Accounts with $500+ minimum $500 Contact billing@namebright.com for wire instructions.
Bitcoin Select accounts $50 Contact support to enable. Not available for auto top-up.

Refunds

Account balance top-ups are non-refundable. If you overfunded your account, the balance remains and can be used for any future purchase.

Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable once the registry has processed the request, which typically happens within minutes of purchase.
